If you feel that your relationship has struck a dry phase and the love gestures that were common once are no longer coming forth, it is usually because you have not understood the importance of those simple little things that make a huge difference in a relationship. Not only would this have a positive impact on your relationship, but also on your body and mind.
Some love gestures you should make frequently are –
Holding hands
There is nothing better than holding hands to let your partner know that you care. You can also ease the pain of certain health complications by this gesture. If your partner has a headache, at times even holding hands followed by a hug can bring relief. This gesture is especially needed when your partner is feeling sad or scared.
Kissing
Kissing lowers the level of the stress hormone cortisol. As you and your partner are the only person who can share this experience, you feel closer to each other after this act. Your immune system can develop some sort of resistance by kissing. It may sound gross but when you kiss, the exchange of saliva also exchanges germs with it. Your body needs to produce antibodies to fight those germs and hence become stronger.
Cuddling

Listening

Fondling

Surprises
If your partner has been surprising you every now and then with sweet gestures such as leaving a love note in your folder, or simply calling to say “I love you!” These produce a lot of endorphins in your body, perhaps as much as walking. So, why not start giving surprises.
